A technical recruiter is a person who is the quarterback ( the main person) of the tech talent acquisition process.   • Negotiation capabilities should be on point.
  • Often times when faced with difficult situations then critical thinking and flexibility are a must.
  • Technical knowledge for the given role opening.
  • Provide proper work experience with the tools and technologies that will be required.
  • Having the ability to stay up to date on the latest tech industry trends, standards, issues, and risks.
  • Understanding of relevant labor laws and HR best practices.
